As always, if there is something you do not see in our boutique, let one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members know so we can custom order it for you.  We also welcome all friendly dogs in our store (big or small) to shop and "sniff" around with you.  PLEASE NOTE:  Not every item seen on our e-boutique online is available at our store location.  You may contact us to verify stock status before your arrival.   

ABOUT OUR DOG GROOMING SALON (The Dog Spaw' at Paw Palace) - In addition to offering the finest in pet supplies in the area, our location also offers luxury and professional dog grooming services for all breeds & sizes.  Because our focus is to create a soothing and no-stress environment for your pet, we do not utilize cages or heat drying whatsoever and all clients are handled with the utmost care of well trained & certfied staff members. At Paw Palace, we truly believe the better you feed your pet, the more healthy and happy your pet will be! So, whether your spoiled pooch is a puppy, adult or senior, we offer a full range of all natural, holistic dog foods & supplements to suit all lifestyles and dietary needs for your pet.

If you are presently feeding your pet a commercial brand pet food and are considering switching your pet's food to a more natural, holistic diet, then stop in our boutique and request FREE SAMPLES of many of the brands we carry in-stock. 

As always, Canine Cuisine Curbside Carryout is also available!  Just call us during normal business hours, tell us what type of dog food you need, pay by credit card over the phone and pull up in front of our store across the street.  There is no need to find a parking spot just to pick up your dog's food!

EVENTS:

Every month, we host a special "members only" Yappy Hour" event on Friday evenings from 7pm-9pm in our store location.  This meet-up/playdate event will be for FRIENDLY & VACCINATED dogs & puppies under 35 lbs.  All breeds welcomed!  Meet, mingle & have your dog play in a supervised environment with other friendly dogs!  Light refreshments and snacks will be served and discounted nail clippings offered by our grooming staff.  Join our free group by going to our Members Page!

DOG FOOD ANALYSIS - Feeding your pet a healthy diet ensures optimum nutrition and wellness inside and out.  However, many nationally known dog food brands give the illusion to deliver a healthy diet for your pet but in reality, are not suited to a dog's natural diet. As such, feeding over long periods of time can cause minor to major health issues such as allergies, skin rashes, mild to severe skin itching, etc..  Therefore, come in and speak with "Dana" who provides complete & comprehensive consultations of your dog's current brand of food to ensure your feeding your pet an actual healthy diet.

CUSTOM ORDERING - If you do not see something in our boutique for your pet or perhaps need another color or size in one of our stocked items, don't hesitate to ask our sales associates to custom order it for you!  All custom orders are usually delivered to our store within 7-14 business days for pick up or delivery to your home.

PRIVATE SHOPPING APPOINTMENTS - If you would prefer to shop with your pet during during off-store hours, simply call us to arrange for your own private shopping appointment!

CUSTOM PET GIFT BASKETS- We offer beautiful made custom pet baskets for any occasion!  Our custom baskets have been known to be presented to many celebrity pooches!  If you would like to put a special gift basket together for a pampered pet yourself, let us know what the occasion is and how much you would like to spend.  Our sales staff will arrange a beautiful basket that will always be remembered!  Please note that a 24 hour advance notice is required and we offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY in Monmouth County.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:

We will happily accept returns within 15 days of receipt of purchase except on the following items:  Foods, Treats, Toys, Beds, Carriers, Clearance or Custom Orders.  All returns MUST be brought back in re-sellable condition which means all tags & packaging must be accompanied with the item(s) and no pet hair, stains or odors must be on the item - NO EXCEPTIONS!  You then may opt to receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee, a full value store credit or an even exchange.  Should you purchase an item that seems defective, please stop in our store with the item and receipt and we will happily try to accomodate your inconvenience.

WHERE TO PARK:

Red Bank is a metered parking town between the hours of 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday (Saturday & Sunday's are free of charge). The cost of parking is 25 cents per half an hour. Parking can be found any where on the main streets such as Monmouth Street, Broad Street or the large White Street parking lot behind our boutique (see image on right) with accessibility through walk ways on both sides of the Dublin House Restaurant.  However, any customer needing assistance with the loading of large heavy merchandise such as dog food, pet furniture, etc... into their car, or need the convenience of a quick drop off or pick up of their pet for grooming, it can be easily done by temporarily parking on the opposite side of the street from the front of our store on Monmouth Street in the "Loading Area Only".  Please use your "hazard flashers" when doing so.
