Starting June 2008, Paw Palace will be giving away a monthly prize of a $25 gift voucher to one lucky winner to spend in our store.  To be qualified into our monthly drawing, please read our contest details below:

TO ENTER:

• Each order received through our online system will automatically qualify you into the drawing.  There is no minimum amount to spend to qualify.
• Any orders placed with one of our Customer Representatives over the phone will also be automatically entered into the drawing.
• If more than two orders are received by the same customer in any given month through our online system or over the phone, another entry will be be entered and so on.
• No purchase is necessary!  To be qualified into our monthly drawing without purchase, please send us an email to:  customerservice@pawpalaceonline.com  One entry per email, please!

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

• At the end of each month, we will select ONE lucky winner randomly.
• The lucky winner will be notified by email and will have ten (10) business days to confirm receipt of our winner notification email.  If confirmation is not received within this time, a second winner will be selected.
• Once confirmation is received, a $25 Paw Palace gift voucher will be sent via email.
• Please note:  Paw Palace is not liable for any winner notification not received.  Certain email service providers can deem our notification as "spam".  Therefore, it is suggested to check any "spam" and "junk" mail boxes you may have through your email.   

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:

• All winners are requested to send a picture of your dog, the name of your dog, and the state of which you reside. 
• Winners will be posted in the Winners Gallery below each month
• By accepting our $25 gift voucher, you will give us permission to post your dog's photo on the monthly newsletter as the monthly contest winner.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Winners will have six (6) months to use their gift voucher.  After that time, it will automatically expire and will be voided.  No exceptions.
• Gift vouchers can not be used towards New Jersey sales tax (if applicable) or any shipping and handling costs.  These fees are the responsibility of the winner.  No exceptions.
• Gift vouchers are transferrable.  This means that you can send your gift e-certificate to someone else if you wish via email.  For assistance, please contact us at 877-747-9744 or at sales@pawpalaceonline.com
• If you choose to use your winning gift e-certificate in our Red Bank, New Jersey store instead, please present your Winner Notification email to our cashier at the time of purchase.
