1. Place your order with us on behalf of you
2. Collect the funds of your order, including the additional shipping & handling fees that will be required, according to its destination. This additional shipping fee will be emailed to you after your order is placed so it can be determined based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
3. Prepare all custom forms*
4. Package and prepare your order for international shipping
5. Provide you with the date of shipping, shipping carrier's name and tracking information via email.
6. Answer and provide customer service inquiries to all Paw Palace international customers. However, product ONLY inquiries can also be answered by emailing Paw Palace directly at: customerservice@pawpalaceonline.com and noting in the Subject Line: Paw Palace International
* Please note it it will the recipient's responsibility to pay any/all custom/duty/brokerage fees at the time of delivery; depending on your country's importing laws. This fee WILL NOT be included in your billing from Areushopping.com.
